What we offer

Here at Primrose Hall we are able to offer a wide variety of activities to be undertaken by our patrons. Offering chair based exercises, fitness classes including Pilates to ballroom dancing for the young at heart, as well as group meeting such as slimming world and even majorettes. Below you can find the times of our activities including a small description.

Iyengar Yoga

 

Named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture and breath control.
